I love quick and easy desserts and this no bake cheesecake parfait certainly fits the bill. My kids loved to make this cheesecake parfait when they were younger. They would ban me from the kitchen and get to whipping up this treat for all of us to enjoy. It was a very big deal for them to be in charge of dessert.
Fortunately, there are only a few ingredients and even if they didn’t exactly follow the recipe, it was always delicious. As they got older, they learned to take their time when layering the parfait. The first few they made tasted great, but were adorably messy. They quickly got the hang of it and before long, they would even garnish the top of the parfaits with chocolate morsels.
I kind of miss those messy first attempts.
Creamy cheesecake, crunchy toffee and rich fudge make this a delicious and beautiful dessert, no matter who makes it. Serve it for a easy no bake dessert after brunch or any time of the day that you need a quick sweet treat.
