If you are like me, when the temperature outside rises, my appetite disappears. Juices are a great alternative to meals when you really don’t feel like eating a full meal. Filled with fruit, this tropical berry juice is light and refreshing. It is also a great way to get your children to get more fruit into their diet.
This Tropical Berry Juice can also be used in popsicle molds for a tasty frozen treat!

Ingredients
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup mango fresh or frozen
- 1 cup pineapple fresh or frozen
- 1 cup berry blend fresh or frozen
- 1 cup ice crushed, use only if fruit is fresh

Instructions
- Measure out apple juice into blender
- Dice fruit into small pieces.
- One fruit at a time, add to apple juice and pulse until fruit is broken down.
- When all fruit is added, add crushed ice if using fresh fruit and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
