This was my Dad’s recipe. He used to make this Broccoli Slaw all the time and I loved it. I am not a huge fan of sweet coleslaw, so this is a refreshing change from the usual fare. My kids really like this too. Every time I make it, people comment on how much they like it.
It is simple and quick to make, pairs well with almost anything and you can add just about anything to it. Try it with sunflower seeds or raisins.

Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage diced
- 1 cup broccoli shaved florets (pulse florets in a food processor)
- 1 cup carrots diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (be sure it is gluten free)
- 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
