  • 1/2cup chocolate chipswhite or chocolate, optional, use opposite color from first chocolate, may substitute candy coating
  • 1 tsp vegetable oilor any neutral oil
  • sprinklesoptional, for decorating
Instructions
  1. Cut each Snickers® into 4 equal pieces.
  2. Roll or pinch pieces to round off edges.
  3. Microwave chocolate chips, 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between until melted.
  4. Add vegetable oil to melted chocolate, stirring until well combined.
  5. Using a pair of forks or inverted spatulas, dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, turning to coat all sides well.
  6. Place on wax paper to set until dry to the touch.
  7. If using white chocolate, once the chocolate is set, knock off any extra, dried chocolate before coating the truffles a second time. Place on wax paper again to set until dry to the touch. If decorating with sprinkles, while chocolate is still wet, sprinkle decorations across the top of each truffle.
  8. If decorating with drizzle, melt chocolate chips, 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between each time until melted.
  9. Add vegetable oil to bowl, stirring until well combined.
  10. Using a fork or spoon, drizzle melted chocolate over dry truffles in your desired pattern. Allow chocolate to set completely before carefully knocking off any extra chocolate.
