Summer Days Cocktail
A great alternative to beer and wine at a barbecue. The recipe can be easily doubled or tripled to make a pitcher. Adjust the alcohol content to your personal taste.

Ingredients
- 1shot coconut rum
- 1 shot mango rum
- strawberry lemonade
- sparkling water
- strawberriesfor garnish
Instructions
- Measure out coconut rum and mango rum into a shaker filled with crushed ice. Shake well to combine and chill.
- Pour chilled rum into glasses.
- Finish drink with equal parts strawberry lemonade and sparkling water. Stir to combine.
- If desired, garnish with strawberries.
