Walking Tacos

Ingredients
Taco Meat
- 2lbs ground beefor other ground meat
- 2pkts taco seasoninggluten free-I used McCormick
- 12 bags of chipssnack size, I used Fritos©
Toppings
- 4-6cups shredded cheeseany type
- 1/4-1/2cup jalapeño slices
- 1/4cup black oliveschopped
- 3 tomatoesfinely chopped
- 3 green onionsfinely chopped
- sour cream
- guacamole
- avocado
Instructions
- In a skillet, combine ground beef and taco seasoning and over medium heat cook until ground beef is browned and thoroughly cooked.
- While beef is browning, prepare toppings. Place cooked taco meat in a slow cooker set on warm.
To Assemble
- Before opening, break up chips inside each chip bag. Once chips are broken, open bags at the top or cut a hole in the center.
- Scoop 1/2 cup of taco meat into the open chip bags.
- Top with desired fillings.
- Insert fork, mix and enjoy.
